Our firm was founded by Del Lienemann, Sr. on October 1, 1945. In the beginning, our firm specialized in handling the needs of small businesses and the personal income tax returns of the small business owners and their employees. As the tax laws became more and more complex, the number of individuals needing personal income tax return assistance began to increase significantly. Today, our firm has a diverse group of individuals who utilize our services for the preparation of their individual income tax returns and a wide range of small businesses who utilitize our services to make their businesses run more efficiently and, as a result, more profitably.
In 1983, Del Lienemann, Jr. became the Managing Partner and the firm was incorporated as a professional corporation. In 1998, Lynn Simonsen became a Partner in the firm.

Del Lienemann, Jr. C.P.A.
Del Lienemann, Jr. is the President and Managing Partner of the firm. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in May of 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He began working for the firm in July of 1972 and received his CPA Certificate Number 1436 on August 7, 1974. Mr. Lienemann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Del Lienemann, Jr. has extensive experience in all facets of accounting practice including; auditing, reviews, compiliations, not-for-profit organizations, individual income tax returns, and business income tax returns. In addition to servicing the needs of his ongoing tax and accounting clientele, he has handled the specialized tax planning associated with buying or selling a business, formation of business entity, family owned business succession, and estate planning.
Del Lienemann, Jr. is the Foundation Manager and a member of the Board of Directors of the Ethel S. Abbott Charitable Foundation. The Foundation Manager, Vice President, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Lienemann Charitable Foundation. The Foundation Manager, Vice President, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Sterns Charitable Foundation. Mr. Lienemann is the Treasurer of the Christ Lutheran Church Building Fund, Del's, Inc. and Global Investers, Inc. Mr. Lienemann is also on the Board of Directors of the Christensen Charitable Foundation, Erck Charitable Foundation, McReynolds Charitable Foundation, Joe Christensen, Inc., Del's. Inc. and Global Investers, Inc.
Lynn Simonsen, C.P.A.
Lynn Simonsen is the Vice President and a Partner in the firm. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in August of 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He began working for the firm in August of 1995 and received his C.P.A. Certificate Number 5929 on October 25, 1995. Lynn received the Gold Certificate Award from the Nebraska Society of CPA's for achieving the highest combined score in the State of Nebraska on the May 1995 CPA Exam. Mr. Simonsen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Publilc Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Lynn Simonsen brings a unique background of knowledge to the firm regarding the retail food industry. Prior to returning to college to complete his degree, he spent 10 years with Safeway Stores, Inc., where he became a Store Manager before the age of 21. By combining his managerial experience and his accounting background, Lynn has provided a unique perspective to the firm's retail food industry clients that few other accounting firms can provide. In addition to servicing the needs of his ongoing tax and accounting clientele, he has handled the specialized area of not-for-profit organizations, formation of business entity, and accounts receivable processing controls.

Del Lienemann, Sr. graduated from the University of Nebraska in June of 1941 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He founded the firm on October 1, 1945 and received his CPA Certificate Number 179 on August 13, 1949. Del Lienemann, Sr. retired as a practicing C.P.A. on January 1, 2015.
Mary Beth Lienemann, Office Manager
Mary Beth Lienemann has been working for the firm since 1989 and is responsible for the office workflow scheduling as it relates to the client accounting, payroll checkwriting, accounts receivable processing, and income tax services provided by the firm. Mary Beth is also responsible for receiving and directing the firm's telephone calls and processing the general voice mails received by the firm. Mary Beth also assembles the firm's income tax returns and business financial statements.
Jeri Bredemeier, Computer Division Manager
Jeri Bredemeier has been working for the firm since 1998 and is responsible for the computer processing activities of the firm including; client accounting, payroll checkwriting, accounts receivable processing, income tax returns, and word processing. Prior to joining the firm, Jeri's previous computer experience was in the areas of governmental, medical services, and public utilities. Jeri's attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry, and quick turn around time have provided the firm's clients with a level of service matched by few other accounting firms.
